Copyright & Takedown Requests
Last updated: October 14, 2026
GELATO (pshhpunk.com) is a music blog that shares and comments on new music. We post songs using the official players from SoundCloud, YouTube and Spotify, which means the music plays from those platforms, not from our site. We always credit artists and link back to the original.
We respect artists and creators. If you own something posted here and want it changed or removed, we'll take care of it quickly.
Artists: quick removal
If you're the artist (or on their team) and just want your post taken down or updated, email us at gelatomgmt@gmail.com with: the link to the post on our site, what you'd like changed or removed, and a link to your official profile (so we know it's you). We usually respond within 5 days.
Formal copyright notice (DMCA)
If you're a copyright owner or authorized to act for one, send a written notice to gelatomgmt@gmail.com that includes:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
3. The exact link(s) on our site where the material appears.
4. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
When we receive a complete notice, we'll remove or disable the material promptly.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email gelatomgmt@gmail.com with: your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you're outside the US, any district where we may be found).
